Our Programs
Welcome to our swim school!
Adult Learn To Swim
Learning to swim is not only a vital survival skill but also an excellent way to exercise. It’s never too late to get in the water, and we specialize in teaching adults, from beginners who are learning to swim in deep water for the first time to advanced swimmers.
Kids Learn to Swim
Our learn to swim classes are for two age groups: preschoolers and school age where students are learning swim strokes and water safety skills. Each beginner’s level of learn to swim class has a maximum practice time.
Aqua Baby Classes
The classes take place in 5-week cycles throughout the year (including during summer!) at small pools with adjusted water temperature, and they last for 30 minutes. The class groups consist of a maximum of 7 parents with children.
Aqua Fitness
Aqua jogging is a form of exercise that is suitable for a wide range of individuals. It offers a low-impact, joint-friendly workout that can benefit various people and can be customized to individual needs and goals.
