Kids Learn to Swim
Our learn to swim classes are for two age groups: preschoolers and school age where students are learning swim strokes and water safety skills. Each beginner’s level of learn to swim class has a maximum practice time.
Our program is specifically designed to teach the foundation of becoming a competent swimmer through water safety skills.
Learn to swim classes are based on our belief that more repetitions, over a shorter distance, with good technique and constant correction is the right way to teach swimming. Your preschooler or school age child will flourish in an intimate and fun learning environment, building a solid foundation to grow into a confident swimmer.

Aqua Baby Classes
The classes take place in 5-week cycles throughout the year (including during summer!) at small pools with adjusted water temperature, and they last for 30 minutes. The class groups consist of a maximum of 7 parents with children.
We divide the groups of little ones as follows:
- Infants: 4-12 months
- Toddlers: 1-2 years
- Little ones: 2-3 years
During the baby swimming lessons, we provide all the necessary equipment for effective teaching. Participants of the course only need to bring:
- For the baby: Special swim diapers for use in the water
Additionally, please bring the following items:
- For the baby: 2 towels, shower gel or baby oil, water, a snack for the child, a change of clothes
- For the parent: 1 towel
BENEFITS:
Babies who are several months old will thrive in the water. Swimming will have a beneficial impact on their development. Babies feel at ease in the pool since they spent nine months in their mother’s womb, so they are familiar with that environment. It is important to start teaching children how to swim as early as possible. Reflexes they acquired before birth disappear before their first birthday.
However, if you missed that window and your child is over 1 year old, don’t worry! Through appropriate exercises, we will prepare your child to be safe and independent in the water.
Engaging in water play with your little one will have positive effects on their immune system, motor coordination, muscle and joint functioning, and overall faster development. Ensure proper development, enhance immune system, and improve your baby’s motor coordination with our exceptional swimming classes for infants and toddlers!
Aqua Fitness
Aqua fitness, also known as water exercise or aquatic fitness, offers a wide range of benefits for individuals of all fitness levels. Here are some of the key advantages of participating in aqua fitness activities:
Low-Impact Exercise: Water buoyancy reduces the impact on joints, making aqua fitness ideal for individuals with joint issues, arthritis, or those recovering from injuries. It minimizes the risk of injury compared to high-impact exercises.
Cardiovascular Health: Aqua fitness can improve cardiovascular endurance and help lower the risk of heart disease by providing an effective aerobic workout without the stress on the heart and joints associated with land-based exercises.
Muscle Strengthening: The resistance of water is excellent for strengthening muscles, especially the core, arms, legs, and back. Many aqua fitness exercises involve pushing and pulling against the water’s resistance, leading to improved muscle tone and strength.
Improved Flexibility: Water’s buoyancy supports movements that might be challenging on land. As a result, aqua fitness can help enhance flexibility and range of motion in the joints.
Weight Management: Aqua fitness can contribute to weight management and weight loss goals by burning calories. The water’s resistance increases the effort required for movements, making it an effective calorie-burning activity.
Balance and Coordination: The instability of water requires improved balance and coordination, which can translate to better functional fitness and reduced risk of falls in everyday life.
Stress Reduction: Being in the water has a calming effect, which can reduce stress and anxiety. The combination of exercise and the soothing properties of water can promote relaxation and mental well-being.
